WHAT THIS NOTICE IS ABOUT
Please read this privacy notice (“Notice”) carefully to learn about how we handle your personal information and what our policies are. This Notice is for people who use the services of Peak Valley Pure Water LLC as customers (“you”). This Notice tells you how Peak Valley Pure Water LLC Brands, Inc. and third parties working on our behalf (collectively ” Peak Valley Pure Water LLC “, “We”, “Us”) collect, use, and share your personal data (which some places may call “personal information”). It also tells you how to get access to and change your personal information and how you can choose how your information is used.
This Notice covers how we collect data both online and offline, including personal information that we get from websites, apps, third-party social networks, consumer affairs, points of sale, and events where this policy is given to you. Please be aware that We may mix personal data from different sources (website, offline event), including personal data that was originally taken by different Peak Valley Pure Water LLC entities or Peak Valley Pure Water LLC partners. We may also add information from other sources to the information we already have.
If you don’t give Us your personal information, we might not be able to give you certain things and/or services. When this is the case, we will let you know. For example, it will say so on our registration forms.

1. PERSONAL INFORMATION ABOUT YOU THAT WE GATHER
We get different kinds of information from you, which are explained below.

    • Personal Contact Data: Any information you give Us that lets Us get in touch with you, like your name, postal address, email address, social network information, or phone number.
    •  Account Login Data: Any information that you need to get into your account identity. Your login ID/email address, screen name, password that can’t be found, and/or a security question and answer are all examples.
    • Certain Data from Your Computer/Mobile Device: Information about the computer system or other technology device you use to access one of our websites or apps, such as the Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your computer or device to the Internet and other online identifiers.     • Third-Party Social Network Data: Any information that you share openly on a third-party social network or that is part of your record on a third-party social network (like Facebook) and that you allow the third-party social network to share with Us. Some examples are your basic account information (like your name, email address, gender, birthday, present city, profile picture, user ID, list of friends, etc.) and any other information or actions that you allow the third-party social network to share. We get your third-party social network profile data (or parts of it) every time you download or interact with a Peak Valley Pure Water LLC web application on a third-party social network like Facebook, every time you use a social networking feature that is built into a Peak Valley Pure Water LLC site (like Facebook Connect), or every time you interact with Us through a third-party social network.       We use this information for a number of things, such as: (1) customer service, like answering your questions; (2) providing you with information about goods or services; (3) personalization, like analyzing your preferences and habits, predicting your needs, improving and personalizing your experience on our websites and apps, giving you targeted advertising and content, and letting you use interactive features; (4) order fulfillment; and (5) delivering your order.     • Use of the Internet or a similar network. This info includes how people use websites and how they talk to each other. We use automatic data collection tools to get information about your device(s) and what you do when you use our websites, apps, or emails. This includes information like which links you click on, which pages or content you look at and for how long, and other similar data and statistics about your interactions, such as content response times, download errors, and how long you stay on certain pages, as well as your operating system type and web browser type and version. This information is taken with the help of automated tools like cookies and web beacons, as well as with the help of third-party tracking for analytics and ads.
      We use this information for a number of things, including personalization and business-related things like study (internal or market), analytics, and security.     • Business information. This information includes the information listed in the “Demographic Information and Interests” part above, information about your buying or eating habits or histories, and the following:            o Market Research and Customer Feedback: Anything you tell us about how you’ve used our goods and service
      • Consumer-Generated material: Any material you make and then share with us on a third-party social network or one of our websites or apps. Photos, movies, personal stories, and other similar forms of media or material are examples. We collect and share user-generated content when we are allowed to do so in connection with a wide range of activities, such as contests and other promotions, website community features, customer interaction, and social networking on third-party sites. We use this information for a number of reasons, such as: (1) customer service, such as answering your questions; (2) personalization, such as analyzing your preferences and habits, predicting your needs, improving and personalizing your experience on our websites and apps, giving you targeted advertising and content, and letting you use interactive features; and (3) other general business reasons, such as internal or market research, analytics, ad targeting, and ad placement.       • Information about your body. Some of this information could be about your health and medical issues. as well as photos and videos that you share with us as consumer-generated material, as explained above. This information is used and shared in the same way as the “Identifiers” and “Commercial Information” mentioned above.
      • Geolocation Data. This information is used and shared in the same way as the “Identifiers” and “Commercial Information” mentioned above.
      • Information that is audio, electronic, visual, or similar. This data may include pictures and videos you send us as user-generated content or through third-party social networks, as explained above. It may also include recordings of your talks with consumer affairs and the information you give them. We may also keep track of your mouse clicks, mouse movements, scrolling, and how you use our website by looking at what you do. This information is used and shared in the same way that “Commercial Information” was.
      • Inferences. We may make assumptions based on the information we get from and about you to make a profile that shows your interests, traits, and behavior. We use this information to make things more personal and for other general business reasons, like study on the company or the market, analytics, and security. 2. HOW WE GET YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
When you choose to give it to us, we get your personal information straight from you. For example, when you place an order with us, we get information from you. When you sign up for one of our websites or apps, we get information about you. When you join a reward program, we keep track of the information you give us. When you sign up for our emails, we get information about you. We get information from paper or digital registrations and similar forms. For example, we get information from mail, in-store demos, raffles, and other events or promotions. If you fill out a poll or use other tools on your websites or apps, we get information about you. We also get information when you talk to us through our websites, apps, email, or social media.
We silently get information from you. For example, we use tools like computer cookies and web beacons to track how people use our site. This is what we do on our websites and in the emails we send you. When you use this website, we keep track of what you do. This includes browser and activity details. We might have a third party do this to collect data. Our mobile apps are another way we get information.
We find out about you through other means. For example, our business partners and companies may give Us information about you. We might get information from companies that keep track of shoppers and what they like. Social media sites could also tell Us things about you. We might get information about how you connect with our ads on other websites.

3. INFORMATION ABOUT CHILDREN
We do not ask for or take personal information from children under 13 years old. If you are a parent or legal guardian and you think your child under 13 has given Us information, you can write to Us or send Us an email using the information in the “CONTACT” part below. Please mark your questions with “COPPA Information Request.” We don’t sell the personal information of people under 16 years old without their permission.

4. USES FOR YOUR PERSONAL DATA
In the next few lines, we’ll talk about the different reasons why we collect and use your personal information, as well as the different kinds of information we collect for each reason. Please keep in mind that not all of the examples below will work for everyone.

We also show you Peak Valley Pure Water LLC material and promotions that are related to your interests if you give us permission to do so (which is sometimes needed).

Retention of personal info. We keep personal information for as long as it’s needed or useful for the things in this Notice. We also keep personal information because the law says we have to.

7. HOW YOU WANT US TO USE AND SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We do our best to give you choices about the personal information you give us. The following tools give you power over the following parts of your personal information:
Marketing, advertising, and public relations. You can stop getting business emails by following the directions that come with each one. Please note that even if you choose not to receive marketing communications, you will still receive administrative communications from Us, such as order or other transaction confirmations, notifications about your account activities (such as account confirmations, password changes, etc.), and other important non-marketing-related announcements.

8. THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES
We may link to other websites or apps, such as social media platforms, that are not ours. The privacy practices of these third-party websites or apps are not covered by this Notice, and we are not responsible for them. Please read carefully what they say about privacy.
Some of our websites or apps may also have material from outside sources that collects information. This includes information from cookies, pixels, and other tools for tracking. We have no control over these third parties or the tools they use to track you.

9. CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE
If We change how we handle your personal information, this Notice will be changed. We reserve the right to change our policies and this Notice at any time. Please check back often to see if our Notice has been updated or changed.
